Machine

My brain became such a machine in this past 3 weeks. I became a thinker and overthink everything pretty much a lot. Its always "why" or "how" spinning in my brain for 24hours. Suddenly everything has a huge question mark on it and yelled at me to answer it. Once I ever read that human's brain can save 5 times more information than a set of encyclopedia. I assume that's not true. My brain was overloaded for trying to understand everything, yet still many questions I can't answer. But isn't it funny that the brain named itself  :)

Whoever invented family was really smart!

Fyi, today is my birthday!! I'm turning 17 which is based on Indonesia's law, I'm legal now! Well so this post was dedicated for my heartwarming family. Mama, Papa, Mentari and Bintang. They're freaking awesome and basically almost my everything.

My dad was such a stubborn man and sometimes likes to act like he knows everything. But he always believes what he believes and I adore him for that. He once told me that when he was at his office, all of his hard work that he does, he did that for his family I was trying to do so too. When I was at school, every exams, homeworks, and tasks that I did, I did that to make them proud. Dad was also the one who told me to be brave to step out of my comfort zone. In 2000, our family lived in Kupang and my dad has everything in there. I mean like all of his family were there, dad has a good job, nice house, nice car, everything was good. When his boss told him that he could move out from Kupang if he want, and guess whattt? he freeze his fear and said yes! He left everything that he had, he step out of his comfort zone for his own good. If he never moved from that city, I won't be here, I won't experienced everything that I already had, and maybe I won't have a good education, because as you know in Kupang the education and the competition wasn't really that good. He's the hero!

Mom was a strong human. My dad was often out of town because of his job. So mom has to deak with us every single day without any help. thats not slightly easy, She raises us to be an independent individual, she doesnt want us to rely on her for everything. and she hates it when her kids being such a careless,she wants us to be care and creative. Its like "oh-looks-like-my-yard-gets-mess-up-so-I-have-to-sweep-it" care. When you know what you need to do and being productive instead of being a lazy pig in hot summer day.

Mentari was a good big sis. She always looks after me and Bintang. Every time she went to a good restaurant or cafe, she always brought us some of the food. She was the one who made me understand that sushi is yummy. But honestly I hate her when she was like grumbling and cursing at the end of the day about how much tasks that she had to do for her college, while the only thing she does all day was paling candy crush. I mean like hey its all for her own good. She should be thankful because she still able to get in the college, while thousands of teenagers out there can't go to a college and have to work their ass off for living, Oh and also she has a bad sense of humor geez, but i love you tho.

Bintang wasn't really that annoying little bro, but can't control his emotion especially when he gets angry. He's a lil bit like my dad too, he believes what he believes, but in his case he likes what he likes. Since a little, this bro has been through a lot of hobby. A lotttt. Guitar, soccer, violin, piano, choirs, karate, yoyo, skateboard, bike, basketball, magic, card,and the last one is Pramuka, I wish it is his last one. But yaaa he had done it all, like I said before, he likes what he likes. Once or twice Mentari and I get mad because he spent so much dad's money for his un-long-lasting hobby. Well what can we say. Bintang was funny and has an overload alayness!

Well I think the whole idea of having siblings was nice. Especially if the year-gap wasn't really far. You learn not to become a selfish human being and not being such a douche-bag simply because your siblings will get mad or yell at you when you started to become one.

Thank you ma, pa, sis, bro. Thanks for all the fights, memories, lessons, knowledges, advices, and critics, for the last 17 years. You guys made me become a better person everyday and I am who I am today because of you.

We're going to college?

Hey pals! holly moly its July already. Whats going on with June? Is she hiding from me? She seems mad at me. Oh whaterfff hahaha. SO making college definitely became my new hobby since I wasn't really going anywhere on this holiday.
Yes, I have been into Photoshop since 2 years ago. But its kinda like on-off relationship between me and him because at first I didn't really understand the tools so I only follow the tutorials that I found in Google. It was so horrible because every picture that I did turned out to be some kind of stupid pic. I'm not saying that the tutorial was bad but the idea of me trying to edit a pic without any knowledge about Photoshop was bad and disgusting. Examples, I've made my blue-avatar, changed Bella Swan's face with my face, or replaced that blonde assassin girl in MI4's face with my face. And because I really didn't know what I was doing, like how to balance my face's tone color with Bella Swan's body color, so it ended up look like an alien! But it still funny somehow and I still haven't delete those pics, but there's no way I will upload it in here, no way. Since I realized that it was such a stupid action, so I quit. 

Yeah I quit, even when I started to understand it, I'm such a chicken, i know. And I never open Photoshop until last week, I saw my lil bro dug into it. and after I saw him, I opened it and the next 2 hours I made like 4 colleges without any tutorial of course. Because basically you can never make a good college if you follow a tutorial, its all about go hard or go die. You need to be original and do what you want. But mine are not really good, it was like okay fine, but it hasn't blew me away. Maybe because I made it real quick and super hurry, idk why, so I didn't pay attention on every detail so yeah. I'm not really that narcissistic to use my own selfie(that not good enough to be edit-able) so I used only 1 pic of myself and 3 pics I took it from @Sparrowly's pic from her instagram (you guys should check it out! simply because she's a lil hipster) and the others I just grabbed them from tumblr. Ps: This year is my last year in high school. Hasn't figured it out which university I'll go or even which faculty :( 

Nails and Hammer!

The fact that I'm still in the middle of final-exams-week just slap me. In the face. Really hard. I actually still have 4 days journey to get my freedommmm! and tomorrow I have english and toefl test and haven't study anything yet. so I have to be really quick to post this one. I have no idea what I wanna post, but oh well I don't care. Since, I really love nails and stuff so lets talk about it. I can't draw, so I like to paint my nails as an escape. Pathetic.

But hey galzzzz! I just found out that even your nails will seem pretty, painting your nails is also dangerous for your body. It was dangerous because of the chemicals which contained in it and the chemicals called Phthalates. The study has shown that Phthalates can interfere the metabolism of 'fatty tissues', causing insulin resistance in healthy women. When we're talking about insulin then we're talking about Diabetes. So yes, Phthalates can increase the risk of diabetes, up to 2 times!!!!! diabetes? huohhhh, I love eating candy and painting my nails, another slap in the face maybe?

Therefore, these are some tips for you who love to paint your nails but still want to reduce the risk :

1. Watch the expiry date
   Expired nail polish can cause symptoms such as irritation, redness itching to culminate infection. Long-term effects can lead to cancer.
2. Note the chemical constituents in the nail polish
   Choose nail polish with water-based and doesn't smell. Nail polish which has a sting-smell is usually dangerous and can lead to dizziness.
3. Choose a reasonable-price nail polish.
   Don't choose nail polish which is too cheap, even if you don't have much money. It's better not to buy at all rather than harm your own health. Because the chemicals that contained in it can't be accountable.
4. Let your nails look natural
   Less is more! But if in case you really have to paint your nails, make sure that at least 2 or 3 days in a week your nails are nailpolish-less (I don't know what is it called in english.)

Show up!

Hello fellas! Its been a very long time since my last post. So freaking tired with school, homework exam homework and exam again. and I was at the highest saturation point for school and stuff. Well, I know that it was wrong to feel that way, like there are millions of children who want to go school but they can't. But I'm seriously sick of waking up at 5am, going to school, doing homework, then sleeping at 1pm, and start all over again for 24hours/7days. Its like a never ending story. But that's life and we're gonna live this life no matter what. So lets pump up and listen to some good music. and since I already have soundcloud a long time ago but haven't post anything, so lets post something. Those are some songs that i currently listen to. Kinda weird, but idc. xo, bulan.
